5 . This service is only available within accommodations contracted with M3 Career.

7 . Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for video calls. If your facility’s Wi-Fi is unstable, please use mobile data.

8 . Please participate in an online consultation in a quiet environment such as a private room. If family members will be present, please inform a doctor or nurse before a consultation.

9. If you need to receive compensation from your insurance company, please contact them directly. We do not handle inquiries to insurance companies.

10 . If necessary, please borrow a thermometer from your accommodation facility.

11 . This service is not covered by Japan’s public health insurance and is available on a self-pay basis.

12 . You will receive this information by e-mail, so we will need your e-mail address.

13 . Register your passport photo at the time of appointment, and we will verify your identity on the screen at the time of medical examination.

14 . Be sure to turn on the screen so that the entire face is visible.

15 . Be prepared to have a power source that can stay connected or charged for the duration of the consultation.
